Bad bad bad, urgently needed a fridge before Christmas, the website said it will be delivered within 3 business days, I ordered on the 20th of December, didn't get any fridge on 22nd of December, and no communication whatsoever. I then emailed them asking about the delivery and they told me no delivery until after new year??? So I'm left with no fridge for almost 2 weeks. When I paid over $100 for the delivery, I expect some level of professionalism, and this is not that at all. Highly recommend checking with them before placing order, otherwise they will leave you hanging.

The other day I went to Bunnings Pakenham to pick up a replacement gas bottle. I walked into the store with the empty bottle, and a lady at the service desk immediately on my left shouted at me at the top of her voice, take that out of here now

Excellent service from quote stage to completion and post-install follow up. Glenn from Ultimate Shutter was an absolute professional. Shutters are fantastic quality and all work was completed promptly, within allotted timeframe and to high standard. Install was quick, communication brilliant and Bou and his installer pleasant to deal with and respectful of time. Highly recommended.

Great job.Pros - Great job done by the tradies.Fitted in with our individual needs.Once the job was started they finished in a reasonable time.Price was competitive.Cons - Communication was lacking from management, just needed a call every 2 weeks or so to let us know how things were progressing and that we weren't forgotten.You will have to chase them up but when they start, they do a great job.

My insulation company completed some insulation works for Bushewood Building Company back in early December. We have still not received any communication from Tim regarding payment for the account, despite numerous attempts to call/email. We are now left with no choice but to lodge proceedings with the local court. I have no doubt they have collected payment from the customer. I may have to make contact with the customer in the coming weeks to apprise them of the situation. We will be having no further dealings with Bushewood besides through legal proceedings and I would warn others to reconsider their choice of Building company.
